Timber Frame Production

1. Procurement

We start the wooden frame production process with material procurement.

For the frames offered by Tenter, C24 marked timber is used, which is ordered from the best and largest suppliers. During material procurement, the production manager always performs a visual grading of the material to ensure its quality.

2. Timber Frame Production

After material acquisition, the material is moved to the sawmill where it is cut with an automatic saw to ensure precision and quality.

Once the timber is cut, the materials are moved to the frame production equipment where the frame shape is assembled according to project specifications.

3. Delivery

We deliver by prior agreement on desired dates and times. We use our own vehicle equipped with a manipulator to unload Tenter-produced frame panels and trusses at the delivery location.

4. Timber Frame Assembly

Before assembly is carried out, it must be ensured that the foundations are built. The next step in the timber frame production process is assembly. Tenter offers two solutions:

1. The client has the option to assemble themselves or with their partners – in this case, the Tenter team will consult you before assembly and provide a plan that will help assemble the required solution. By separate agreement, we will also offer all necessary assembly elements.

2. Tenter assembly team – Professional assembly is what will help you install the house's timber frame elements in a short period of time. Our experience ranges from the simplest private houses or garages to complex roof structure projects.
